Business Services
The Business Services Department is responsible for all financial operations in the District, including budget development, financial planning and forecasting, accounting, utility billing, debt issuance and management, rates and charges analysis, contracts and risk management, and administration of County service agreements. This Department is also responsible for development of policies governing financial and capital planning and cost recovery, as well as for provision of accurate, and timely financial information to the District Board, managers and customers.
