Clean Water Services (District) invites qualified contractors to submit proposals to provide comprehensive, professional building operation and maintenance services for three of the District's buildings. The District intends to select one contractor to provide the services. Proposals are due to Jan Kingsfather, Administrative Associate, at District's Administrative Building Complex, located at 2550 S.W. Hillsboro Hwy, Hillsboro, OR 97123 (ABC) by Friday, August 21, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. A mandatory pre-proposal conference and walk-through is scheduled for Tuesday, August 18, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at the ABC.
